Con nuestra app el cliente podrá gestionar todas sus conexiones de manera rápida y sencilla, además de tener al alcancé todas las novedades de la empresa, ya sea desde el punto de vista administrativo como técnico.
Usted podrá visualizar datos de su estado de cuenta, métodos de pago asociados, saldos, historial de facturación, entre otras opciones.
La aplicación podrá notificar al cliente gran variedad de eventos que estén afectando a su servicio, como caídas de proveedores, zonas dañadas, cortes de luz y más. También se podrán recibir notificaciones administrativas como aviso de emisión de facturas, cortes por falta de pago, cercanía de vencimientos, promociones, etc.
